Terms of Service — The Kiet Co.

By purchasing from or engaging the services of The Kiet Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services The Kiet Co. provides custom welding, fabrication, and 4x4 performance installation services. All work is performed by skilled professionals using quality materials. Service details, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

2. All Sales Are Final All sales and service agreements are final. The Kiet Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on any products or completed services. Deposits and payments made toward custom fabrication work are non-refundable.

3. Off-Road & Vehicle Modifications All products and modifications are intended for off-road use only unless otherwise specified. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure all modifications comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Kiet Co. is not responsible for any damage, injury, or legal consequences resulting from the use of our products or services.

4. Limitation of Liability The Kiet Co. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or property damage.

5. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and ensuring their vehicle is in suitable condition prior to any service. The Kiet Co. reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

6. Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute, The Kiet Co. reserves the right to make the final determination on all matters related to products, services, and transactions. This decision is binding and conclusive.

7. Changes to Terms The Kiet Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
