1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom fabrication orders may require additional lead time depending on the complexity of the work. You will be notified of any delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available.
3. Local Pickup & Installation Customers local to our area are welcome to arrange in-person pickup or drop-off for installation services. Please contact us directly to schedule an appointment.
4. Shipping Damage The Kiet Co. is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages The Kiet Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
6. International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis — contact us for more information.
7. Final Sale Items All custom fabrication work and special-order parts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
